@Anthropologie you make me not want to buy from you anymore. Every order lately has issues. Ordered on 1/17, was supposed to be here 1/22. It’s now 1/30 and you want me to wait until 2/4 when it’s clearly lost. By then it’ll be sold out & you won’t be able to ship me a new one!

@TMFanSupport How can I get a copy of my receipt that shows how much the tax was? When I view the detailed receipt in my acct, it just shows the amount of the ticket + fees but doesn’t show tax.

@Anthropologie Cust Svc emailed me on Sat asking for photo proof that I received the wrong item. I replied w pics that same day and no response. Followed up this AM and no response. Do I need to ask my CC to do a chargeback? Why’s this such a hassle for a mistake ur team made?
