@GrantonJasmine @monzo That's shocking - i'm so sorry to hear that happened to you. I looked on Trustpilot and it seems the same thing is happening to other people. I will be closing my account with Monzo as soon as this issue has been investigated. I dont trust that my money is safe with them

@monzo I am not ok - this fraud has left me financially and emotionally vulnerable. I have explained this to members of the Monzo team via the chat and over the phone, still, nothing has been done. I have sent my email address and look forward to hearing how Monzo intend to rectify this

@monzo your customer care has been atrocious. Someone's entire life savings has been stolen (for a payment that large not to have been flagged by your team is WOEFUL security) and you have done nothing to help. This is not the first friend of mine this has happened to.
