I gave this guy an entire night to respond to my replies in this thread (despite badly ratio'ing him) and he still hasn't, so I'm going to call him out.

All I ever see from this loser is him whining about how no one wants to buy his lame art because of AI. Meanwhile, he won't explain why he believes I should throw away the equivalent of a multi-million dollar budget and a studio and spend 10,000x more time in backbreaking tedium animating every single frame of my cartoon series myself or else I'm not a "real artist."

He won't explain why it's a bad thing that after a decade of being barred from ever working in the animation industry due to my politics, AI has given me the ability to be on a level playing field with the industry gatekeepers and devote myself to my one true passion again.

He won't explain why I am an artist if I outsource the bitchwork to a studio of underpaid Koreans, but I'm not one if I get the AI to do the exact same thing for a fraction of the time and cost. Because in the end, he has no answers to this.

If AI caused every unadaptable luddite "artist" like George to die penniless, it would be worth it solely because I have been able to create The Will Stancil Show, a watershed cultural masterpiece and the greatest work of my life.

In conclusion: George Alexopoulos is a Bitch and I will enjoy watching him continue to rot further into technological and cultural obscurity as he is replaced by artists who spend their time weilding The Machine to their advantage instead of bitching about it online.

@bashfulpav @Pirat_Nation I do, but I’m from Gen X. Of course, technology will only get better as time goes on. It’s definitely a great step towards achieving complete and total realism, which Gen Xers have been dreaming about since we first held an Atari controller.
