It is with a very heavy heart that we share the news that Professor Jim Davis passed away on Saturday 4th November. Everyone who had the pleasure of encountering Jim will appreciate that this is a huge loss for his family, friends, colleagues, and the wider research community.

Starting the week with some excellent news. In this year’s @uniofwarwick Awards for Teaching Excellence, our staff claimed the two top spots in the Arts Faculty category! @Farnellian was highly commended, and Dr Freya Verlander was the overall winner. Congratulations, both!

Today in Drama and Healing @TheatreWarwick we were looking at the place of embodiment, metaphor and ritual in dramatherapy. I also revisited @GeeseTheatre Violent Illusion Trilogy - what a truly groundbreaking theatre therapy programme for prison, even if I say so myself!
