You know when you paste a copied URL over some text in Slack or Confluence (and I'm sure others) and it turns the text into a link to that URL? That should be default system behaviour - so useful! I find myself trying to do it in Mail.

@virginmedia How do I report a fault on my fibre? Others in the street also experiencing no connection. All phone support leads to your automated tests which say everything’s fine and hang up the call. RH15 area.

@virginmedia I did. My very first question to you said exactly that. When I call there I get automated messages then hung up on. I don’t get the option to speak to someone. How do I speak to a person?

@virginmedia It says no known issues. But multiple houses in our street with same issue. Connection was ok this morning then dropped just over an hour ago. RH15 area.
