It’s the responsibility of the driver to ensure he has adequate stopping distance and to be fully aware of his surroundings.

This is clearly undue care and attention of the driver.

The ‘mean’ temperature in #Saskatoon for the month of February has been -25.6 C with 12 consecutive nights of -28 C or COLDER.

The record high temperature for #YXE this week was +12.8 C in 1931 when global warming was at its peak. 🤷‍♂️
