What makes that hard? Coming up with content, finding time, learning ads?

The hardest part is getting started, for sure. Making the leap from 9-5 is always a tough spot.

But yes, the networking is there. Imo an ivy league MBA is just a daddy's money flex.

Imagine holding a water hose, & your ideal clients are a plant.

Would you spend a lot of time lining up the nozzle, making sure you're holding it right, no tangles, etc

Or just turn on the water, & figure it out from there?

"pick your niche, then make them an offer they can't refuse"

But that's back asswards.

Weaponize making great offers for everyone that you talk to, and when you find lucrative ones, try to recreate *that* as frequently as possible.

That's niching.
