Great day to start going shopping 🛍️
My shopping levels + how far below their 52-week highs:
$IREN $25 → down 67.5%
$NBIS $150 → down 50.0%
$ARM $200 → down 55.8%
$GOOGL $320 → down 21.7%
$AMZN $245 → down 14.7%
$AVGO $315 → down 36.4%
$IONQ $30 → down 59.3%
$INTC $85 → down 40.3%
$AMD $500 → down 24.1%
Everyone wants a pullback until it’s time to buy one 👀
I ran the numbers on $IREN as a comparison to $NBIS based on the analysis done by @danielisdizzy.
I’ll make the same assumption that pricing power doesn’t increase beyond $25m per IT MW for newly contracted compute coming online between 2027 to 2030.
$IREN will already have $4b ARR operating by year end 2026, and assuming the company adds 500 IT MW each year thereafter, that means they’ll add $25m x 500 = $12.5b ARR incrementally each year for 4 years.
Total ARR by year end 2030 = $4b + ($12.5b x 4) = $54b
@MirantisIT guided that we should see net margins of 50%-55% as $IREN offers cloud management services on top of their compute, but let’s assume 40% for conservatism. It’s important to note that this is lower than margins calculated from today’s $ per IT MW and a 5-year GPU depreciation (very likely longer) and a 25-year datacenter depreciation.
$54b x 40% = $21.6b net profit
Using the same 30x P/E multiple for consistency:
$21.6b x 30 = $648b market cap
An important aspect to factor in is the projected dilution associated with turning on 2 IT GW of additional compute. We already know that the all-in unit cost of bringing compute online is $50m per IT MW, so let’s assume this doesn’t increase over the years for simplicity. If $IREN plans to bring on another 2 IT GW by year end 2030, then that’s $100b in funding required. We already know that current customer prepayments cover 33% of total capex ($33b), while debt covers another 60% of total capex ($60b). So prepayments + debt cover $93b of the total costs, leaving $7b left to be covered by revenue and/or dilution. But for conservatism, let’s assume all of this is covered by dilution and let’s also assume $IREN dilutes all shares around an average of $50 per share. This would lead to $7b/$50 = 140m additional shares on top of the existing 400m shares today, which is 540m shares —> rounded up to 650m shares for conservatism.
So by year end 2030, $IREN has:
- $648b market cap
- 650m shares outstanding
$648b / 650m = ~$1,000 per share
Based on all the assumptions above, that means $IREN is projected to 40x from today’s prices while $NBIS is projected to 20x. I still don’t understand how people can be bearish on $IREN.
A lot of growth stocks are getting seriously oversold on the daily RSI right now and could be due for a bounce:
• $RKLB ~29
• $AAOI ~29
• $OPEN ~29
• $VRT ~28
• $ASTS ~28
• $AEHR ~28
• $OKLO ~28
• $CRWV ~27
• $AMAT ~26
• $IREN ~25
• $EOSE ~23
• $TE ~23
• $CIFR ~21
The sense I get from reading big tech Q2 earnings call transcripts is the demand for compute is infinite and the supply is extremely constrained
The only company on the planet that can literally print liquid cooled data centers is $IREN
$IREN is now down 33% from its highs from a few weeks ago. This is genuinely one of the stupidest sell offs even dumber than when they were $29.
They now have delivered Horizon 1, signed a deal with Anthropic, and H2-H4 are online.
If you are selling this stock at $32 more than likely down 20%+ what are you doing 😭😭.
They are now a 13 billion market cap which is less than the total worth of their infrastructure, and less than double the cash on their balance sheet.
Oh and their post 2028 ARR will be > than 13 billion. So you are selling at a 1.25 year out forward price to sale ratio of sub 1
Cam’ron and Ma$e couldn’t stop LAUGHING after Ma$e confronted him over his “I’M THE MEAT MARKET” lyrics, so Cam FIRED BACK by pulling up an old video of Diddy looking at Ma$e’s BUTT 😭💀
“What was Puff looking at?” 🤣
Jalen Hurts wasn’t perfect yesterday in Tennessee, but when the moment demanded it, he was DANG GOOD.
That final drive by the @Eagles was a thing of beauty, and their Super Bowl MVP quarterback delivered when it mattered most.
I couldn’t wait to break down every throw, play by play. That’s “What Kept Me Up Last Night.” And there was no way I was doing anything else before getting to this one today.
