A POTUS impeached for improperly abusing his official office cannot be prosecuted in criminal or civil court for those official acts. And they also cant be used as evidence to ID unofficial acts

So instructing the VP or Attorney General to take an illegal act is still an official act b/c talking to the cabinet/exec branch staff is official.

Per SCOTUS the most that can happen if POTUS commits a crime in office is loss of the office and future offices. When they leave office they remain immune.

Ship tracking shows that it made a sudden and unplanned change of course moments before hitting the bridge. The ship was aligned to cleanly pass under just a few hundred meters out. Probably a rudder failure or hit by a strong wind at worst moment
