Kindly accept a message from my Dear Father

Kontilo is the birthplace of Lord Jagganath. You may find solace in the lap of Nilamadhab if you decide to visit the holy temple.
‘Nila’ meaning Jagganath.
‘Maa’ meaning Subhadra.
‘Dhaba’ meaning Balabhadra.
@KiaInd placed a walk in enquiry for the new Carnival a week ago in a dealership named central kia in Bhubaneswar. Sadly no one has contacted till date.
@HyundaiIndia Horrible buying experience. For someone who was going to purchase sixth Hyundai. Loyalty and humility is lacking. Both the company and the dealers are not interested to sell their products. It is a capitalistic fallacy, this company.

Dear Ministry team
All businesses today are facing tremendous challenges in exponential growth. Primarily attributed delays in collection of sales proceeds and the respective rotation. This is prevalent especially in the infrastructure and housing industries.
We are suffering a standardised minimum notional loss of 6.75% per month, compounded monthly. The loss may increase if we attribute illicit input credit benefits by these exploiting firms and the interest borne for managing the same.
Imagine the kind of aggregate output vanishing due to this unregulated and informal trade credit systems.
Government has introduced MSME laws but they are only leading to the boycotts and enforceability issues. Hence proving meaningless.
Kindly look into this matter and implement basic enforceable systems and penalties across all of the registered commercial firms, big and small alike.
Regulate trade credit systems by mandating them as financial in nature and not operational. This would further empower all the businesses and boost their confidence across the country.
Not to say, this would also boost government penalty collections above the penalty benefits to victim companies and save the firms from exploitation.
Few suggestions for your consideration are as follows:
1. A trade credit rating system linked to banks like CIBIL for assessment.
2. A severe penalty for delays payable to the vendor as well as the government.
3. A tech infrastructure possibly linked with GST where there input credits may be blocked in case of non clearance and compliance.
4. Automatic legal government notices.
I am sure the young and talented within the Ministry and the government will come up with better and tighter laws and systems to solve this problem.
Awaiting for the day where we can contribute greatly, fearlessly to the great progress of our country.
“After you have exhausted what there is in business, politics, conviviality, love, and so on—have found that none of these finally satisfy, or permanently wear—what remains? Nature remains; to bring out from their torpid recesses, the affinities of a man or woman with the open air, the trees, fields, the changes of seasons—the sun by day and the stars of heaven by night.”

@RailMinIndia
Travelled twice recently. Have the following observations and feedback:
1. Toilet cleanliness is sad and unbecoming.
2. Bedrolls contain stains from God knows where and what.
3. Seat allocations have no basis. How will a person who weighs above 140 KGs move into the upper berths?
4. Trains are regularly late for more than two to three hours. How is a person supposed to plan the day in such scenarios?
Kindly follow the railway systems of certain foreign countries to make ours more efficient and initiate better mechanisms for generating more revenues from willing passengers.

Namaste
I would like to make a suggestion.
In case of a credit dominated business, a steady payment cycle pays an immense role.
In case of the GST paid to the government, we are forced to bear the burden of paying the amount which has not even been realised. This is a major problem for all types of businesses.
Why don’t we have a provision to mark ‘realised/unrealised’ against the respective invoices? So, we don’t have to pay the amount which has not yet been realised. And systematic automated action may be prompted for defaulter organisations.
This will prevent a severe blockade of fund flow amongst small businesses and protect them from possible respective financial losses.
I hope this may provide some traction to reduce immense friction with immediate effect.
