@Uber_Support it's been 17 hours since I've had a reply from customer service. A driver is trying to commit fraud by submitting another cleaning fee 4 days later, and this time at double the original fee. This whole experience has been ridiculous.

@Sephora you should really reconsider business with @FleetOptics - the incompetency when they try to deliver is baffling, shouldn't need to tell someone to use a doorbell. I've never had a delivery that hasn't needed to be re-attempted and their customer service is atrocious.
