@santanderukhelp Hi, I am abroad & have just tried to transfer money from my account to someone to pay for a car. The transaction has not gone through and my access has now been blocked. I sat for 16 minutes in a queue then the call was ended which has cost me dearly on mob. Help

@CountrysideBen @pressjournal Nice work Ben 👍🏻. I’ve never known them to have been so bad as they have this year. Particularly in Knoydart a few weeks ago. 30+ miles in searing sun and no wind. All I wanted to do was a have a rest now and again. I couldn’t as soon as I stopped, they would descend 😫 ouch
