🇵🇰🇸🇦 Pakistan says it’s prepared to DEFEND Saudi Arabia “to any extent” if the Kingdom comes under attack.

The warning comes as Houthi strikes intensify and potentially strain the defense alliance that nuclear-armed Islamabad has with Riyadh.

Iran-backed Houthis have been hammering some Saudi cities with missiles and drones.

The Kingdom's authorities say they intercepted a Houthi drone before it could enter restricted airspace near Mecca, Islam’s holiest city.

🇹🇷🇸🇦🇵🇰 Erdogan on the Mecca Agreement:

"This is not limited solely to the Kingdom of Saudis, Turkey, and Pakistan. Other countries may also join us.

Egypt, too, if it wishes, can join the agreement with these 3 countries. The doors are open to Egypt."

The part worth watching is “other countries may also join.”

If this keeps expanding, the agreement could turn into a true Middle East NATO equivalent...

🇸🇦🇵🇰🇹🇷 Saudi, Pakistan, and Turkey are creating a joint political and military framework, as part of their new Mecca defense pact.

The Turkish Defence Ministry said the 3 countries will set up formal mechanisms bringing together their defence ministers, FMs, and top military commanders.

They will also expand defence-industry cooperation, including joint production and technology sharing.

Joint military exercises are already being planned.
