@Vancity Hello. I am unable to log in into my online mobile banking since 5am this morning. What is going on?

@Vancity Yes, I had my Tangerine app open in the background and once I closed it, I was able to open the Vancity app. This is has never happened before. Normally, I would have other financial apps open in the background and the Vancity app worked fine.

@Vancity So the mobile banking works for me now but I can’t log in using Face ID. It asks me to enter my password every time. Are you guys going to fix that?
