@British_Airways Well maybe you can. They refer me back to you. They won’t deal with me or allow me to make a claim. Look, this must happen every day. Clearly a broken process. The number you publish for them is a wrong number. Please fix your process!!
@British_Airways If you happen to leave something on a plane like I did, don’t expect BA to help. They push you to airport lost and found who push you right back to BA. On the phone for 20 mins and I’m told they can’t (won’t) do anything about it. Do better BA. We’re customers!

@JetBlue@jetbluecco made me wait 7 hours at LAX today; delay after delay only to cancel my flight to Miami (2885) because your crew timed out. You knew this would happen hours before. Cynical and disgraceful customer service. And leaving ground crew to not deal with it. $3,500
3 hours. No answers. And your app still says the flight is leaving. That was 2 hours ago! What are you running here. Just lost another loyal customer. And by the look of your Twitter feed and pablum responses, you clearly don’t care @JetBlue
