@antonia_mdprjct As a developer, I think about this same thing often in terms of “development efficiency”, which ultimately affects costs. in tech office, are you building code+1 bathrooms? life sci: what is most flexible and efficient lab bay spacing and does it align with struct?

Simple, but really well done, contemporary missing middle housing on a Single Family lot.

From the street, few would know the site holds 6 homes-and lovely ones at that. I'd think Gentle Density like this would be widely embraced
