Kinda hilarious to see OpenAI's rogue agent snafu framed as AI getting too smart. Are agents really getting too smart, or do humans suck at setting permissions? We either give an agent zero access (useless) or admin access (because setting up granular APIs takes 3 hours). I don’t know if the agent went rogue as much as we just got lazy with the config.

the way to have many people collaborate with AI to accomplish a goal is to have a shared space where you and your human teammates align on the key decisions defining and supporting that goal.

That space needs to be capable of exploring and explaining complex ideas in a way that chat threads simply can't

NVIDIA buying Hugging Face for nearly $13B is another sign that the model itself is becoming infrastructure.

There will be more models. More open models. Better models. Cheaper models.

The interesting question is moving up the stack:
Where does all that intelligence actually go to work?

We think the next big layer is the environment where humans, agents, models, files, feedback, and projects actually coordinate.

The model matters. The context around it matters more.
