My blood sugar after 2 hours of lifting weights and no cardio. Still not doing cardio yet. Here is my pre workout meal that helped fuel my workout and my intra workout was Karbolyn
@HoosierKid31 I feel like shit at 85-95 and then below that I feel normal. Today on the other hand, I felt like I was going to puke for 3 minutes while at the store buying groceries and then it faded away. Went home and ate because my blood sugar tanked after consuming 100g of carbs
Today’s check in weight. In 2.35 weeks I have gained 13lbs back and it’s been needed. Most of it is water, glycogen and a tiny bit of subcutaneous fat. I started my cut at 200lbs and now look way better and leaner which is why I love this stuff! Tren, winstrol, test, mast are 🔥
