@garage_gym_dad@a7las1984 You can lead a horse to water, but not teach it to drink. In the end it’s their determination to put the work in. Some think it’s just a miracle drug and the weight just goes, these are tools!
@HoosierKid31 That is a very noticeable imbalance.
I’m right handed and I can tell when I do unilateral rows or pull downs, my right side compensates quickly and my lat doesn’t get the same stimulus as my left, and is smaller.
Good luck! It’s all fixable! Working on mine.
4 days optimal for muscle growth and development?
What about in a deficit?
Rest and recovery is a must, and I know recovery is sped up when geared up, but what works best?
I have been doing 5day workout weeks since February, I dabbled with 6days and was tired constantly.
@labs_vanguard SW, PW, 9iron, 7iron, 5iron, 3 wood, then driver.
Work on tempo and swing path. Not trying to crush the ball every time. Dudes that are sweating after hitting ball after ball continuously without correcting anything are wasting time.
@vedichi_@IronXFit I do feel more pudgy again. I want to out more muscle on before i do another cut. Hopefully ending where I want to be by end of the year.
My progress with @IronXFit this year so far from February to June.
started with 1800cals and now I’m ramping up to 3000cals
235lbs on the left, 205lbs on the right.
Cut out alcohol, late night eating, getting proper rest. Oh, and yeah hormones & peptides 🤣
@vedichi_@IronXFit Yes, I also came off Reta at the same time. My appetite came back and it was great to eat again.
At the end of that 1800 streak, I started to feel sick and weak, like I was in a catabolic state as I started to lose strength. Which is why I switched to that.
@vedichi_@IronXFit From February to april( 12 weeks) I was at 1800 cal. I lost most of my fat then.
I maintained 205lbs at 2500 cals. From
April to mid June.
I’m 2800-3000cals now and I’m at 217lbs. (Current pic)
