@easyJet I hope other people see how terrible the customer service is! We STILL haven't had our deposits refunded from our holiday you cancelled!!! I will never use you again and will actively steer people away from using you!!!!
Shame on @easyJet changing our flight home from my @Ian_Pagan stag-do for 15 people from 9.30pm to 9.50am making us lose a day and cancel activities 2 weeks before were due to go! Absolute disgrace! You should be ashamed with the amount of money weve just paid you! #easyjet
@easyJet Ive called multiple times when I managed to get through I either got told another dept had to deal with it and when transferred the phone disconnected or I was told a manager would call me back... Im still waiting, your customer service is shocking! Worst experience ive ever had!
@easyJet I already have and you have ignored my messages twice... Also, as we were at the gate waiting to board the plane you cancelled the flight, we got no answers and a day later an email cancelling the whole holiday which you have only partly refunded... Worst experience ever
