@airtelindia Extremely frustrated! UPS ordered 3 months ago, still no update. Also upgraded to Airtel Black but haven’t received the promised free OTT subscription. Customer care keeps asking me to wait, but nothing happens.

Please resolve this

@airtelindia @airtelindia Your customer service does nothing except take calls and disconnect without providing any proper resolution. I’ve been going through this for 3 months now, repeatedly calling and being asked to “wait until tomorrow.” This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
