@AmericanAir AA1907. After 30 minutes of sitting at gate we finally get an update- we re fuel and then are told that we don’t need de-icing but since they called the truck we still have to get it... over an hour late now. This is terrible

Horribly @AmericanAir experience this morning- no communication about de-icing needed, go back to gate for re-fuel after driving around airport for 30 minutes... now plane won’t stop dinging and flashing lights....
