The most dangerous career trap is the comfortable role that's good enough to stay but not good enough to grow.
Ok pay. Reasonable hours. Team you like. Work you can do in your sleep. No major problems.
But you aren’t growing.
Six months becomes a year. A year becomes three. You're making enough to pay the bills, so leaving feels risky.
Then you wake up and realize the world has moved past you.
Your skills are antiquated. Your resume tells a story of someone who stopped growing years ago.
Comfort and growth are opposing forces.
The more comfortable you get, the less you're developing.
The hardest career decision is to push yourself when you don’t have to.
But better to do it now rather than when reality punches you in the face.
We will get to that part, right now the mission is to try and walk people by hand and point them to the right direction so they can actually understand what’s truly been going on.
You can’t solve a problem you don’t understand
People have usually only cared about what happens on the pitch and only when Super Eagles play.
I don’t understand why people think the super eagles are somewhat special and immuned to the effect of the deep rot going on.
We have struggled on all levels to QUALIFY for tournaments all year round, the ones we managed to qualify.. we got disgraced out of them.
People think that’s a coincidence??
Bro what professional player in 2025 would go into the pitch and give you a 100% without medical insurance??
None of the national team players have medical insurance which means if you get injured you’re on your own… I have a headache trying to explain how just this will deter anyone to give their best.
U17 players went to World Cup, after they footed bills for their own medicals and transport to camp, they only got 100k
I don’t think Nigerians fully grasp the concept of “cause and effect”
Nothing good blossoms in chaos !!
You took a trade at exactly 10am
Two minutes later, you open your MT5 to see what’s happening
Five minutes later, you’re on your MT5 again to see if it’s in profits.
Another three minutes later, you’re on your MT5 again and this time, the trade reverses and floating on small loss.
Five minutes later again, you’re couldn’t think of anything else except your trade, in your mind you’re praying for it to return back to profits so you’ll rush and close it. (You that hasn’t prayed for the last 3 days, you suddenly remembered God)
Two minutes later, trade returns to $1.78 profits. You closed it immediately with the conviction that the trade won’t go well. (Now your mind is at rest)
30 minutes later, you opened MT5 just to confirm that you were right to close because you think it would hit SL, but to your surprise, the supposed trade has just passed your supposed TP level.
MY BROTHER, YOU’RE NOT YET A FOREX TRADER.
