@GWRHelp cancelling the swansea train and then forcing 2 trains worth of people on to the next train and having people expect to have seat reservations is ridiculous. Why do people who booked on one train lose a seat bc we couldn’t get home otherwise?

@nationalrailenq is there any way you can enforce that quiet cars actually are quiet? We specifically pay for quiet coaches from Swansea to London and it’s been non-stop phone calls and yapping.

@EE hi EE, i’ve been trying to get a DD charge reversed for the last few days. I had to fly to Aus for a funeral and my usual £33 bill was £261. I was told to contact @StarlingBank but they need written proof. You credited my acct with £100 but that doesn’t help now.
