I've cofounded Fluia, an AI studio that helps small and medium businesses figure out what AI is, what it can be used for, and how it can actually be implemented in their business.
We started because these businesses are being sidelined in the AI wave.
Day 5: We'd considered offering Claude team setups at Fluia for a while. Never proposed one.
The founders @boardyai set me up with sell it first. Clients already pay for separate ChatGPT and Claude accounts.
Once teams share context, they ask for the automation themselves.
Day 4: @boardyai set me up with two founders running an AI implementation business for almost 2 years.
They've tried packaging the work as a product. It never translated. What a capable team runs fine needs training at the next client, so it turns back into consulting.
With Antrophic under some scrutiny due to misleading claims regarding their 5x and 20x plans, there's a lot riding on how good Fable 5.1 truly is. Will be testing this out...
Last month you told us Remote Control was the thing you'd most like us to fix, so we've been working hard on reliability.
Here's what's better today: 🧵
A client asked us for a demo. We made one:
An agent that automatically extracts email orders from an inbox and matches orders to customers in an internal CRM and OMS.

Want to see a demo for your company?
Claude can now send emails in Gmail and manage files in Google Drive.
Ask Claude to reply to a thread, and it drafts and sends the response. You control when it needs your approval.
Connect Gmail or Google Drive from the connectors menu to try. Available on all paid plans.
This is a small QOL fix but makes long-running intensive tasks easier to complete.
There's no longer the need to constantly check back to see your limits or when they reset!
Hit your usage limit in Claude Code desktop? There's now an auto-continue checkbox.
Turn it on, and it'll automatically continue where you left off once your limit resets.
@araseb_ I think technical founders get more dopamine by fixing the small bugs and stress-testing the code/software.
Marketing=interacting with people which also means facing rejection, and difficulties that come with interactions. Ironically, without marketing a good product is useless
🚨 HUGE NEWS: Claude now embeds an invisible watermark into every piece of text it generates.
Anthropic just documented how it works. Two marks, both machine-readable:
> Text: an imperceptible watermark woven into the words themselves. You can’t see it, and it doesn’t change meaning, quality, or readability.
> Files (.svg, .png, .jpg): signed provenance metadata on the C2PA open standard, so you can tell if a file’s been tampered with.
The watermark is applied at the model level.
That means it shows up no matter where the text comes from: the API, Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, Claude Tag, and even when a supported model runs through AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Foundry.
Models launched on or after August 2, 2026 mark from day one. Older models are getting it during a transition period.
Every sentence Claude writes for you now carries a signature you’ll never see.
I've got to agree. Nowadays high agency and the ability to learn things fast are more important than ever.
But... this doesn't replace the need for expertise and proficiency.
At https://t.co/aZPgSEnH7v we combine speed and thoroughness to get world-class results, but FAST
@kjagadeesh_tw@trikcode This in turn gives OpenAI the chance to differentiate itself by providing world-class image generation on top of its already competent model capabilities
@PeterDiamandis There has been no greater democratisation of information in history. Long gone are the days of scribes and clergymen.
The challenge now is to find the *right* content in a seemingly infinite library of information.
People must now scatter and find reputable sources they trust
@alexandr_wang AI growth is exponential. every week a new frontier model is being released with better performance, affordability or both...
However, 98% of people sit sidelined still believing 2022 ChatGPT represents what AI can do.

Here's an interesting article related to Claude's usage around the world.
The article breaks down countries' usage per capita and surprisingly, Australia ranks first with 6.40x more usage than expected, followed by Singapore, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
