@IRCTCofficial Tejas Express delayed by 6 hours despite premium pricing. There must be accountability and compensation for such delays. Passengers deserve reliability, not marketing labels.

Mumbai, officially the happiest city in Asia. Unofficially, happiest only for those not living here. Nothing screams happiness like noise, stress, &authorities napping.Although it could be happy for the VIPs.The rest of us get ghosted by BMC like we’re not even taxpayers.
@mybmc
@MumbaiPolice@Juhu_PS With all due respect, “informing seniors” doesn’t stop the noise. We’ve had TWO sleepless nights and a Monday morning ahead. We need officers here, not another escalated note that leads nowhere. @Juhu_PS is highly inefficient.

Imagine trying to sleep through this deafening noise all night. You can’t? Exactly. Yet here we are, Sunday past midnight, no police support, and someone thinks it’s okay to work at this hour. Unbelievable.

Two nights. No sleep. Monday morning ahead. And the police hang up the moment we mention the noise. Incredible how our tax money funds a system that can’t even stay on the phone, let alone take action.

@renee_cosmetics placed an order on 9th Jan and literally no updates on the dispatch. Your rep on call says there’s some “hygiene issues” at your warehouse causing the delay. Post which your email doesn’t claim of any such issues. If there really is a “hygiene issue”, you need

All rules in Mumbai are only for those who can afford to pay a fine.
For everyone else it is a free world.
It's easy to catch hold of vehicle owners for failing to get PUC test, builders for failing to adhere dust control norms.
But if you operate a venture from a slum and it causes pollution no authority will blink an eye.
It's a curse to be a middle class or a business class. As the rules are not the same for everyone in Mumbai.
