As I listen to this meeting, I am impressed once again in what a range of speakers we are getting. I feel as though we're hearing a lot of voices that we don't usually at city hall: people from the camp, immigrant moms with kids.
Then it was off to @BelgardKitchen to enjoy a pint with @chefreubs. Outstanding effort by their team to open the restaurant for a safe dine-in experience. They are #OpenWithCare and ready to welcome you. Thank you @PtFry for your support of the Strathcona business community!
Today we kicked off the #OpenWithCare campaign with Councillor @PtFry visiting and supporting businesses that have recently reopened in Strathcona. So great to be back @Sunrise_Market. Check out their incredible renovations and new layout to help keep staff and customers safe👍
A message from my mother: Please do not abuse the free parking at the BC Cancer Centre on W. 10th. She & my dad are there for an appointment and the parking lot is “full to the brim.” Thank you on behalf of my parents.
This is a really good read. Not surprising, I learned things I didn't know. Feels like I was invited into what otherwise would be a private conversation.
