@LloydsBank your customer care really is dismal. Why is it so hard for your cards to actually work and to staff your contact centres properly? Utterly woeful
@LloydsBank Itโs this terrible service - not working and unable to fix it - which is exactly why Iโve never used Lloyds / Barclays / Nat West. So Iโll put my card in the bin & go back to companies whose services work simply, easily, & with the customer experience thought through.
@LloydsBank got sucked in by the marketing. Ordered a new credit card. Absolute shambles. App is useless, call centre useless, as a result the credit card Iโm holding is also, literally, useless.
@GLTransport Saturday morning: why are your massive lorries repeatedly taking a short cut down a โnot suitable for HGVโ road, AND driving far too fast and aggressively through a village? . GN74 XLR being one of them.
@OctopusEnergy whatโs brilliant is when you do finally reply, you start someone else doing what 17 people before them started. But no one ever owns or finishes anything, so it doesnโt matter. Your service is truly awful. Will anyone ever be able to actually solve a problem?!

@SW_Help 07.18 from Winchester is an absolute embarrassment. ยฃ88.50 to stand in the vestibule like a sardine. Why canโt you put on enough carriages? How difficult can it really be?!
