We are Portuguese water dogs, who keep busy doing therapy visits, obedience, rally, tricks, and conformation. We work hard, we play hard, we mess with minds.

Best went to the Rainbow Bridge in February peacefully in his sleep.
He was truly the Best. Beyond his accomplishments, he touched the lives of so many kids in our therapy visits.
Safe harbor, old friend.

There was cake! And new toys! But I had to wear this stupid hat. And listen to @NitaGhei go on about how I am one year old, and so grown up. Am I? 💥

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@1baldchick @NitaGhei @ravensspirit68 YES!!! I went swimming in the stream with my Newf friend and then we ran around in the woods and it was the best!
Then, when we got home, @NitaGhei grabbed me and {shudder} brushed me. Can you make her stop?

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@MyFurryMurray We are die hard raw food eaters here. @NitaGhei uses Lew Olson’s book as a guide.

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@MyFurryMurray That isn’t true. Purina does testing, but the test groups are pretty small, and duration is quite short. Other brands also test. Ultimately, it’s finding the best food for you. I get all raw. Best gets a mix of raw and a bit of Victor fish kibble.

@LGlaucomflecken @NurseTexas @DGlaucomflecken Awesome pick of breed! Standard poodles are amazing dogs.

I had lots of fun learning to swim today, and get on and off boats, just like my ancestors did with the Portuguese fishermen in the Atlantic.
Okay, I did it in the Chesapeake Bay, but it totally counts. 💥with @NitaGhei

@LookAtMeCharlie Us puppies need to stick together. Being cute is how we get away with murder. 💥

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@LelenaPeacock We and @nitaghei do not like you talking badly about our friend. We know you are super smart, kind, and generous.

Very soon, we'll be celebrating vulnerable breeds like this Gordon Setter....

@NitaGhei @LelenaPeacock @causalinf Of course the kittens need an account. How can they get help with their homework if they aren’t on here?

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@MarieJetteSLP @DGlaucomflecken So true! Now that I think back.

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

Run with stick. It’s my stick.💥

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

Not sure why @NitaGhei seems so upset - after all, she uses that brush to brush me. So why does she care if I stash it under the bed with my other treasures? 💥

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

Hey, I can jump! 💥

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@LelenaPeacock @AnonyKatt @IvanaBoastsky @ramseypeacock Noooooo. Do not trust anything that Demon Puppy™️ says. @ramseypeacock, why are letting this happen? 🏆 Best

[Best🌈_Jett🌈_&_Flare_the_PWDs @thepwds]

@LelenaPeacock @AnonyKatt @IvanaBoastsky @ramseypeacock Hi Mika, can I be your bridesmaid? I will be good! I promise. No chewing. 💥 lotsa love Flare
