💡Interesting article published by @PsychToday for those contemplating New Years resolutions - ‘’clarify the difference between what you WANT and what you NEED in this new year, as well as your source of motivation.’’ #MakeAChange#ThriveInLife https://t.co/Tl9gKqEynY
Reminders to always keep in mind:
1/ How you feel right now is valid
2/ You are not a burden for asking for help
3/ It's okay to take time out if you need it
4/ Things can get better
1 person every 40 seconds dies from suicide.
After losing a friend to suicide I retrained in hypnotherapy to help others.
If you, or someone you know is having suicidal thoughts, book an initial consultation to find out how hypnotherapy can help.

Does saying no leave you feeling guilty or anxious? Do you have colleagues or friends that struggle with personal boundaries? Then keep these in your back pocket. Still struggling? Repeat or work your way through until they get the message #MutualRespect#SelfCare#Confidence 💁🏻♀️
Ways to say no:
▪️Let me think about that.
▪️Here’s what works for me.
▪️Can I get back to you?
▪️I need to pass on this.
▪️I appreciate you asking but
I can’t right now.

@Therapists_C I’m fully virtual and loving it 😊 The people I work with really enjoy being able to go to sleep after an evening session, which works around my day job perfectly. I am looking forward to face to face conferences/ training though.
@Arshdee22442741@Therapists_C Reciprocal therapy was encouraged during our training and many of my cohort still provide hypnotherapy to each other because quite frankly we can’t get enough of guided relaxation. We all also have supervisors to support and guide us🙌🏻😆
