Drivers pass me 20 times only for me to catch them, stuck in traffic, within a light or two.

@StevenFulop @waze @googlemaps Thanks for this. Sunday afternoons are bad too since the bridge opened. Also, the stretch of Jersey Ave. from LSP to Grand St. needs to be updated to protect peds and cyclists. It's a nightmare now. How about a Leading Pedestrian Interval at Jersey and Johnson?

@JerseyCity That’s not enough time. If the collection is going to begin 3 hours earlier, you can’t have people place trash out 30 mins later.
