@YIMBYman Too late now. Trains without density is pointless. TOD is the only hope and that’s tiny. I live off a dart line and it’s so underutilized in development. It’s sad how underprepared we are
@JiHun6@RBPhillyTake Yes he could have but in the playoffs VJ and Maxey are going to play min 40 mins. So that’s 16 mins he could play. Better use of resources to flip him for a wing who could potentially play more and actually help the main problem
@RobWill112@RBPhillyTake The first is 22nd boss 5 spots away. They couldn't find a wing of value so better to get picks because they have been great there.
@dmorey I’m a Morey only fan. I switched over after the Westbrook trade from a Rockets fan to a Morey only fan. You know why. I’ve got the message on clutch fans to back it up haha. Been following since 2005. Been rooting via transitive property for the Sixers since 2020.
@SpikeEskin I’m sorry the Sixers had a JOEL problem that the Thunder don’t have.
Any criticism of the trade that doesn’t acknowledge the defense and rebounding need from the wing position to make up for Joel’s deficiency is DOA.
@Ky_Carlin It made perfect sense. The roster with VJ’s explosion and Joel’s decline was was too skill based and didn’t have enough rebounding. McCain skill set was too redundant as their 5th best player.
@AntMan1098@PaulHudrick The fan base is discounting the 3 seconds but the Sixers clearly aren’t
This is the second trade they made (wizards last year) to maximize returns on seconds
@CosmicWemby@eringrugan Buddy you can’t have all guards and have a good team.
Joel sucks at rebounding and defense now. McCain would be the fifth player to end games and he sucks at both of those things. So if you want an AVERAGE rebounding team trading McCain was the best use of resources
