Anglos are mostly Christians, so the question of caste doesn't come here at all. Most Indians don't even mind them. They just live here like the rest of us.

@btarunr UPI also has NFC functionality, though it's not that popular. UPI can easily integrate Apple pay like convenience, atleast for malls/big stores. But the issue is that not everybody has an NFC enabled phone, so it can't become the only solution. QR is here to stay.
