@marksandspencer how long are you going to take to process a refund for faulty clothing. I contacted you by email on 21 May but have been getting the run around ever since. Not only is the quality of the items not acceptable, your attempts to resolve this have fallen short.
@Balay_es your warranty on induction plates isnโt worth the paper itโs written on. Two months old and the corner of the glass broke spontaneously with the wipe of a cloth yet you wonโt replace it. Clearly either a defect in manufacturing or not fit for purpose. Never buy Balay!
