There has to be a directory or a log of all the issues users face on apps that exploit delivery partners and overcharge users. In a single day I read 6 use cases of Swiggy during both users and delivery partners
@likithareddy This Product has one of the clear GTM - Target Audience - User Persona - Use Cases. Let's not call good products bad because we do not understand and wanted to experiment a Totally new territory

Zomato chatbot saga.
They need better engineers not new grads doing PM and AI. Lol.
> I ordered food yesterday.
> Delivery driver told me restaurant is closed
> Chatbot says driver has reached restaurant so it must be open
> Hallucinates talking to driver
> Reasons restaurant being offline by saying "they must be cooking". Hallucinates more details
Just read this - I do not know why tragedy so oft follows after honorable men. But when I find myself without the answers, the answer is always "more glory".
"It's hard to tell with these Internet startups if they're really interested in building companies or if they're just interested in the money. I can tell you, though: If they don't really want to build a company, they won't luck into it." — Steve Jobs, 2000
Elon Musk: “Anyone who wants to make more than they take has my respect”
Elon is asked for his advice for entrepreneurs, to which he responds:
“I’m a big fan of anyone who wants to build. Anyone who wants to make more than they take has my respect. That’s the main thing you should aim for: to make more than you take and be a net contributor to society.”
He compares it to the pursuit of happiness:
“If you want to create something valuable financially, you don’t pursue that. It’s best to pursue providing useful products and services. If you do that, money will come as a natural consequence of that rather than pursuing money directly. You can’t pursue happiness directly. You pursue things that lead to happiness — fulfilling work, study, friends, loved ones.”
Elon continues:
“It sounds very obvious, but generally if somebody is trying to make a company work, they should expect to grind super hard and accept that there’s a meaningful chance of failure. Then just focus on having the output be worth more than the input. Are you a value creator? That’s what really matters: making more than you take.”

@malpani I believe education is affordable, the facilitating institutions have made it a business.
Someday soon it'll become independent of institutions. I see khan academy already doing that
@malpani@MohapatraHemant Following you for almost 6 years now and this is one of the best ventures you're associated with. I know a few people in Pune who are exploring this.
