Hi @HyattConcierge, I’m staying at the Grand Hyatt Athens. Tried contacting Guest Services to follow up for third time on unfulfilled request, waited on line for 20 minutes, then got hung up on. Cherry on top of a subpar stay. Expect more from any Hyatt, let alone a Grand Hyatt!
