Saying it again until its understood - type 1 diabetes is not a typical chronic illness. It is a terminal illness that has a life support system administered by the patient.

It's only "chronic" because we manage to keep avoiding death.

It's not "treatable" its "manageable".

@RuthieeL I teach at an independent school and we did not inflate teacher assessed grades last year. We worked incredibly hard to prepare our students, create assessments and mark and moderate the assessments!

We are upping security at The Academy. You will all be given a new ID card with your photo, fingerprint and a DNA sample on it. Tesco Clubcards will no longer open the electronic doors and flashing your cleavage at the camera won’t work, either, Janice.
