If there is anything that'll make you feel like your hard work to promote #EatDrinkDressMove is paying off ... it's when it becomes an answer to a @thewardphysio question on B7 Frailty interview topics! #EDDMeverywhere ๐๐ผ
A short๐งต with a few additional explainers re the current England pay offer as Iโm seeing some new Qs and some that Iโve answered before (understandably because of course not everyone sees each others Twitter feeds!) 1/
Scotland CSP members have voted overwhelmingly to accept the pay offer for NHS workers. 88% voted in favour of the offer on a turnout of 48%. The three elements of the offer are summarised here:

Some thoughts on the paydeal @thecsp@CSullivanCSP @jillyphysio - people contact me anonymously with their views and there is a split on whether to accept or not
- why not post the non- consolidated offers post-deductions for a fairer reflection on what people will get?
Details of how to register for โฆ@thecspโฉ member webinars on the pay offer - on Monday and Wednesday - can be found here. ๐๐ป https://t.co/wI58bdrH16
Some members with much hope/confidence
- i do hope people engage with the webinars to get all the correct information and get a chance to ask questions. Good luck to all involved!
-have @thecsp and other unions officially expressed disappointment in the rcn securing pay spine deal unilaterally?
-did @thecsp try to secure a profession-specific deal for physios?
-stating members can vote no but simultaneously saying it's the best deal available doesn't fill
@AlexMacKenzie11@physiospilz I get a lot of frustrated members that vent on my Instagram page simply beacuse the csp seems to offer nowhere for them to voice their frustrations
