They told me some 8399 is balance. I paid that immediately. But the power is still not restored.

Plz provide some means to connect to an officer level contact. All people we speak to, say that we don't know this/ that. They just register complain

Whatsapp services are useless. I paid my bill through UPPCL website. But the power is still not restored.

The operator on Toll free number says they can't find anything online due to server problem.
