Oh. My. God. I just ran into @RicoVerhoeven in las vegas. Was literally just talking to my friend about his recent fight. This might be the best day of my life. What a legend. He was so friendly and nice. Thanks Rico for posing for this photo with me. #kickboxing#legend#goat!
@The_Tradesman1@aravind There's a difference between using activated charcoal particles and using actual charcoal. Using charcoal as is a great way to have your enamel stripped away.
I was working in Codex yesterday (I usually use Pi/Opencode), and the absolute ZERO feedback on cost/usage was incredibly scary for me. Now I understand how people have no idea how much their AI costs.
@elonmusk@nikitabier. X has gotten unusable. Feed is full of promoted posts and people doing the click photo thing. My feed used to be educational and interesting. I don't pay for x. But you're guaranteeing I won't with this
@damienfarronMMA Terry Etims page has been vandalized for years. His coaches have been listed as 2 random Indians dudes. I've tried fixing it but wiki keeps rejecting my changes
@MMAFanWars Dude. Islam makhachev was sad that Arman pulled out and he was going to have to fight someone else. Moicano hadn't stepped in yet. And merab was comforting him is all. Don't read into it
I learnt today that Typescript doesn't natively support enumerated types. Is this normal? I was reviewing some code for a clustering algorithm and found that clus states were stored as raw strings. Is this normal in Typescript?
Today I'm releasing Aside, a simple Mac utility to talk to codex claude or local models to understand what agents are doing on your machine and which agent needs my attention. Interrupting a thread to ask about a decision is intrusive and pollutes context. Aside avoids that.
In the next release of Aside: Continue any thread on any app. It's been interesting figuring out how to make it look and feel as 'native' as possible. Quite a bit of work to do still.
Anthropic engineer:
"You're not supposed to prompt Claude. You're supposed to build a system that prompts itself."
In 45 minutes she shows exactly how Anthropic builds agents that remember, fix their own mistakes and get smarter with every run.
This beats any paid course on agents I've seen.
Watch it, then read the guide on building loops below.
@SvetlinTotev@Boost_Libraries Got it. So the boost string is for cses when you know what your max size will be so that I cna have predictable performance gains. Thanks for explaining!
I'm convinced @Blizzard_Ent hates arthas. I can't wait for them to release a new wow expansion "tides of darkness" where Sylvanas flushes Arthas down a toilet or something stupid. Why? Why is Sylvanas still around when you keep shitting on Arthas.
@bryan_johnson You didn't deserve it Bryan. When Baldr died in Norse Mythology all creatures on Earth cried for him to be resurrected except Loki in disguise. Nobody who's famous doesn't have haters. They'll seem loud when times are bad. But you're a genuine and good person. You'll prevail ❤️
