trip to family this weekend so i’m actually going to be surrounded by wonderful food with ppl that expect me to eat 3000cals a day. like ok what do u expect me to do
i need people who actually pay attention to their macros but do lower/higher restriction (less than 1000) to drop their meal plans bc i just don’t know how to restrict a lot but also get my fiber & protein in !!!

@sushimaxxing have other tips (might make a thread) but for fiber and such i just knock back my veggies. i keep frozen spinach in the fridge and toss it in whatever. also if you get on savory oats it’ll change your life!!! dm me if you want details i’ve been eating some combo of this forever
@sushimaxxing omad makes it much easier for me to have v rounded meals but still get all my stuff in. usually a meal will be like 500-1000. i keep a lot of lean protein options in da freezer (95/5 ground turkey, shrimp, tofu). shrimp esp is very very good macro-wise if you can afford it
