@British_Airways Your flight to Tenerife has been awful. From check in to taking off, which we still haven’t done. The plane and flights have changed multiple times & we’ve been delayed by a further hour here. We’ve only just been informed. Club Europe = get downgraded and misinformed

@Ryanair flight was cancelled 4th of January Cork to Manchester. Followed link numerous times for refund and keep getting my flight wasn't cancelled or delayed 5 hours! WTF?!
