Dear @MartinSLewis I've got a big one for you. I paid almost £100 for 6 months worth of mail redirection when moving house - at the end of that 6 months, I have yet to receive any redirected mail. @RoyalMail refuse to acknowledge anything wrong despite mail landing at old address
