I'm so proud of this🎺
Social Action Inquiry Scotland collected deep learning about what helps and hinders community-led change.
We have translated that knowledge from #livedexperience into a practical #PolicyLibrary for the political parties of Scotland.
Please borrow it!
📣 Today -- in honour of World Day of Social Justice! - we launch our Policy Library. The Policy Library is designed to be "borrowed" by the political parties and "returned" to the people of Scotland after the elections this May. https://t.co/lxFqtjze2r
🆕 A new episode of the #ResearchCultureUncovered podcast is available. Head over to the podcast's LinkedIn page to find out more.

We can’t believe another year is almost over! We’re not only celebrating all we’ve achieved this year, with colleagues, communities, children and young people – *but* we’re keen to celebrate all that sits beneath our work. Here’s a recap of some of our highlights of 2023…
📣November #newsletter out now!📣
👂Hear about our work applying an integrated approach to health & care systems across England & Scotland.

📣OUT NOW📣 We've launched a new survey alongside @YLvsCancer, @CCLG_UK, @emctrust & @TeenageCancer to identify gaps in care for young people with experience of cancer & collaborate to provide more effective #cancer support in future
https://t.co/qkKpb7TXcQ
It matters because🧵👇
📢 We need help sharing the survey to hear from young people across the UK, from all walks of life, with experience of #cancer.
If that's you, your story can help shape cancer support. By sharing it, you can champion & lead changes you want to see.

Exciting news! Our research on the Bromley by Bow model was just featured in the @WHO_Europe's 'Let's Talk Primary Health Care' online talk show. Check out the Impact Reports that use the same Outcomes Framework discussed in yesterday's panel here ➡️ https://t.co/dHOoPo5MK4
Great thread on Locality members @Bromley_by_Bow & their model. Our health & wellbeing research over the last 2 yrs has consistently made the argument for why community organisations need to be part of any model seeking to address health & wellbeing at a neighbourhood level
Public Health England researchers & co-leads of the Unleashing Healthy Communities project in Bromley by Bow shared their perspectives on traditional measurement of community-based approaches to health & wellbeing:
All of this work would not have been possible without the leadership of @HopewellDan and @Rob_Trimble, the Advisory Group chaired by @MartinNMarshall w/ support from Jane South, Cyril Chantler, @trishgreenhalgh @markgamsu @BeckyMalby David Osrin, Paul Brickell & @ProfKatSmith 🙏🏻
I'm incredibly proud of this work, which was based on two years of ethnographic study, 40+ workshops, data generation and analysis with a brilliant team of community researchers and another six months of #knowledge#mobilisation.
