I always assumed any supplement that spams social media is BS, but I caved and bought into the @herbodhi hype, sadly I was proven right... In a month I gained 4 lbs and my fingernails are trashed. #SaveUrMoney

Oklahoma Schools Chief Ryan Walters has issued a directive for every teacher in the state’s schools to play a video of himself praying for Donald Trump to students, while also denouncing “woke teachers.”https://t.co/tnDrUu9Cuz
@ChristHospital having your website show providers are taking new patients only to find out that there is wait-list up to a year, no thanks. Time to find a new network of providers.
We were locked down unexpectedly for a few days not long ago.
Monsoons are here. The rain washed enough grime from my cell window that I could look out on a flooded prison yard. It was quiet at least, with everyone locked behind doors. It was peaceful.
I wanted to share my thoughts on the judge's denial of my appeal filed last year for John's autopsy report to be released.
20 months is a long time to wait but at least the decision has been made & I can finally begin the long journey of moving forward.
On this day in 1985, Philadelphia police bombed a residential neighborhood, killing 11 people, including 5 children, and destroying 65 houses and leaving over 250 people homeless.
Why?
Because a handful of people were resisting arrest.
Prior to the bombing, Philadelphia police fired 10,000 rounds into the neighborhood indiscriminately, before ultimately deciding to airdrop bombs on it, despite knowing there were many children present.
All of this, in order to capture a handful of members of a group called MOVE, who were resisting arrest.
I'll repeat that a 3rd time:
The Philadelphia government fired automatic weapons and dropped bombs on a community with children, then allowed the fire to spread, because some people were resisting arrest.
Afterwards, the city rebuilt the buildings they destroyed. They were poorly constructed and fell apart quickly. The community is still scarred to this day.
No one from the government was prosecuted, of course.
When government tells you to give up your guns and let them "protect" you, this is what they mean.
