Sri Lanka’s 🇱🇰 E-Visa Processing Fee back down to $1.25!

⭕ The fee drops from $25.77 under the VFS system to just $1.25 with the reinstated local system.

⭕ VFS system charged: Service fee $18.50 + Convenience fee $7.27.

⭕ Before VFS, Mobitel was tasked with improving the existing system to issue free visas and introduce new visa categories. Mobitel stated that the system was in the testing phase when VFS was suddenly awarded the deal. ( Mobitel was behind the agreed timeline for delivery.)

⭕ The current system works but is outdated and needs updates to meet modern requirements.
