Wow. Bold GHG reduction targets out of CA @AirResources today. 48% below 1990 by 2030, 85% by 2045. Will need 2x power gen and 90% cut in liquid petroleum to achieve. That means a lot of #DERs and probably some form of low-carbon liquid fuel. https://t.co/xCh8HY68DT
