LINE NEXT是通讯巨头LINE旗下专注拓展Web3生态发展的子公司，23年12月项目筹集了1.4亿美元的投资，用于普及 Web3 生态系统，号称是当年亚洲区块链 Web3 行业最大的一轮融资，由Crescendo Equity Partners，SoftBank，NAVER，Hashed等知名机构领投。

LINE NEXT 1月22日在 LINE Messenger 上正式推出 Mini Dapps 和由 Kaia 网络提供支持的 Dapp Portal 服务。LINE用户只需在应用内使用他们的 LINE 帐户即可轻松创建无密钥 MPC 钱包，在不同的Mini Dapp 中来玩游戏、获得奖励，再通过 Kaia链的高交易速度和费用委托功能，方便快捷地交易数字资产，享受到与Web2别无二致的用户体验。2月上线了Web版本，非LINE用户可以使用Google，Apple和OKX钱包登录，之后还会上线微信登录。

Mini Dapp上线首月吸引了超过 3500万新用户，新增独立钱包数超过 300 万 。并且还实现了约200 万美元 的应用内购买（In-app Purchase, IAP）交易额，用户平均支付金额（ARPPU）达到 39 美元，付费用户比例（PUR）达到 13%，成绩十分亮眼。

Kaia 链生态也实现了迅速增长。仅在 LINE Messenger 的 Dapp Portal 内，就新增了 300 万个数字钱包，推动 Kaia 生态 新增超 737 万个钱包，链上月度交易量增长 124%，达 2,738 万笔，活跃用户数增长 252%，达 810 万人。

Dapp portal上的Mini Dapp都是一些轻量级的移动端休闲小游戏，但是普遍的制作比较精巧。简单试玩了两个，有点像打开APP会跳转的那种小程序游戏，大多是一些Web2比较成熟的游戏模式，通过一两个洗脑的玩法让玩家长时间在线并且产生内购欲望。相比较之前玩过的一些链游感觉更能吸引Web2玩家注意。

这里推荐一下Bombie这款游戏，这是由发行了$CATI的Catizen生态推出的一款明星游戏，现在已经移植Dapp Portal平台并吸引了140万用户游玩，成功成为LINE和Telegram两大社交软件上最热门的游戏之一。

游戏玩法类似于微信上某款爆火的野猪砍树游戏，不断开宝箱获取高品质装备推图，挂机就能玩，看似简单重复的模式却很令人上瘾并为之付费。据统计3月份Bombie的每付费用户平均收入ARPPU已超过102美元，日本用户的ARPPU更是达到了惊人的804.61美元，火爆程度可见一斑。Bombie之前发布了自己的代币经济学，70%代币将全部解锁用于空投，官方透露很快TGE。而且现在冲级还可以参与Dapp Portal活动领取10KAIA，总共1000份先到先得，感兴趣的小伙伴抓紧玩起来。

多种奖励模式带来的不光是收益本身，更能带来持续的用户增长和用户粘度。以Web3玩家的视角来看可能投入大量时间在休闲游戏上收益率不够，但如果是以一个普通LINE用户的视角，在日常使用最频繁的社交软件上点进小程序，玩一玩杀时间的小游戏，完成任务KAIA奖励就直接到自己账户里，并且能直接提现到交易所账户。这对Web2用户的吸引力其实是非常可观的。

LINE NEXT致力于为 Web3 应用建立一个标准，让普通用户可以轻松使用，并将区块链应用到各种 Web2 服务和品牌中。可以看到大厂的产品完成度确实更高，并且更专注于盈利模式和实际应用。对于Dapp Portal这样的产品来说，能实现自身Web2流量的成功接入就能打败同赛道的诸多竞争者。如果后续能继续维持这种增长态势，相信TGE也会有不错的表现，我会持续关注。

本项目的launchpool活动预算项目方一共打给我们10m代币，已发放3.3m，共9万多用户参与了活动，目前launchpool仍在进行，3月19号会完成活动，还有5.7m待发放，bybit从来不会把活动预算抛售来获利，此操控市场的行为有很严重的法律后果且预算都在热钱包内，任何监管部门可以audit。目前看OIK的确场内有大户抛售，具体细节我们合规正在调查。未来考虑让社区更可直观看到我们的预算情况，我们会使用独立钱包接受项目方预算，让社区可以公开透明的看到预算使用情况。谢谢

It's hard to expect a product to be perfect and polished after just 2 weeks of existing

MVPs never are, but you build them while validating demand so you don't invest in something that has no demand (and business model)

In this case there is some demand (who knows for how long) so I can continue improving it

It's the same how I built all my other businesses. They're not crap and they solve real problems. But if you'd see them in the first few weeks you might think they're crap cause it's very early

Kinda like judging a baby just born for the quality of their work, it's still just a baby!
