@Finnair Impossible to get through - was on hold for 1 hr 42 mins and then just disconnected. The online chat is impossible - Finnair "strongly advise" I change my flight... are you going to pay for extra day(s) stay in Helsinki? How am I meant to get back to my family and work?!!!!!
