I bet they’ve heard it all..!

@virginmedia My mum is your customer and at 73 doesn’t need the hassle of a shoddy service.. trouble is it seems to happen all too often.. broadband issues, phone line issues.. you really need to sort it out.. you charge her enough..

@virginmedia second night in a row phone keeps cutting out whilst talking to my mum.. check service status on website and it just freezes.. sadly this seems to happen regularly.. why can’t you just provide the ruddy service she pays so ruddy much for..? It’s not too much to ask.

@GWRHelp Your advice was avoid Southampton, travel via Eastleigh, which I have done.. I did check and the cancellation of the later train (1957 from Southampton) was not mentioned.. so now I am stuck in Eastleigh.. is the farce continuing tomorrow..?

@GWRHelp The manager at Eastleigh station has little geographical knowledge and told me there were no alternative arrangements as there were no trains and a not to travel order and I said the order was to avoid Southampton which I have hence being at Eastleigh..

@GWRHelp Thank you but that is not a valid reason as the trains were diverted via Eastleigh as per your earlier tweets.. I am now stuck in Eastleigh needing to get to Taunton..

@yoursclothing I am fuming.. not only do you no longer stock my size in store, you charge me £1.99 to have it delivered to me and I then receive a faulty top (18 on the inside 30 on the label/tag,) which I’m now going to have to return. !
